Focare Mould demonstrates the capability of design and the power on double color molds. The new two-color collapsible strainer is so high quality. The product has fine appearance, delicate texture, and good feeling when holding and collapsing.

This double color cosmetic cap is not only two colors, but also the caps have to be demoulded out from mold by unscrew device instead of conventional forced ejection. The mold structure is more complicate than other double color mold and mold dimension is bigger. Moreover, the steel of unscrew device shall be high-end quality with heat treatment in order to avoid wearing and tearing in short time of movement.

This double color plastic egg tray is made out of PP (white body) +TPE (orange bottom) by the two-color rotary injection mould, and the cover is made out of GPPS which is transparent and stronger, using TPE as bottom in order to keep eggs out of crushing, what’s more, we put four anti-slip pads each corner under the bottom to keep it away from slipping on the table or the fridge.

Since the annual output of tension meter is not large and the customer needed to save cost, they decided to put all the plastic parts of the tension meter on the same mold. Flip top shampoo cap is one-time use of large-scale production product. Normally, after injecting, there is no more surfaces processing, and it can directly enter the subsequent automatic packaging. Therefore, the appearance of the flip top shampoo cap is required to be high, and there are no obvious molding defects.

This collapsible double color plastic ice cube tray is made out of PP (white body) +TPE (orange bottom) material by the two-color rotary injection mould, and the most essential part of this mold is the preciseness of the TPE’s thickness, so it makes the design became very important.

20L water bucket mold with durable and adjustable mold structure which significantly prolong mold life and shorten cycle time which mold is designed with efficient cooling channel.

The cap of salt shaker is combined with lid and cover. There are two holes on lid for fixture of cover, which lid mold shall be designed with lifters. The neck of lid is necessary to design sliders before being ejected out from cavities. This design is to protect the thread of lid and avoid damage by force ejecting. Briefly, the lid looks simple and common plastic part, the mold design is more complicate.
