To produce a two-color stackable crate, the two colors must be injected at the same time. For hot runner system, we adopt two points valve gate hot runner for each color because valve gate hot runner can control the flow speed of the two materials. Besides, the injection molding machine needs a sequence controller to control material flow.

Normally the two-color stackable crate is made of PP (polypropylene) or HDPE (high density polyethylene). With the material of PP, the finished product is resistant to load bending, acid and alkali resistance and heat resistance. It can be used under high temperature for a long time without deformation.
