Two-Color Plastic Gargle Cup Injection Molds

A rotary two-color injection mold with a hafu slider structure was designed for the structural characteristics of the two-color gargle cup.

This two-color mug mold adopts hot runner technology to eliminate the flow channel aggregate and realize production automation; the cavity adopts the conventional waterway, and the core adopts the conformal waterway design.

The design is verified by means of mold flow analysis techniques. The simulation results show that the cooling method can effectively improve the cooling effect, significantly improve the cooling efficiency and productivity; the insert and core base with the conformal waterway are machined, and the molded part is three-dimensional (3D) by selective laser sintering of metal powder. Printing technology molding; the type of hafur slider is realized by compression spring and T-shaped buckle.
