Plastic buckets, basins, mugs and jugs are common plastic household.  The best way to increase the added value of these plastic products is to make it by double-color injection.

To make a beautiful two-color plastic buckets, basins, mugs & jugs, there are two ways, by overmoulding or using rotary table for double injection. Basically the two ways take the same technique - using the second color to wrap the first color. However, there has a big difference in processing the products. Overmoulding product is complete with two injection machines, the other need only one machine.

Both ways can make double color plastic buckets, basins, mugs & jugs. Except to consider the points mentioned above to decide which way to adopt. You still need to select a good two-color injection mould maker who is familiar with making both ways moulds.
