Two Color Airtight Food Container Lid Injection Mould

Focare Mould develops two color airtight food container moulds for different container sizes and storage applications.

This project includes a series of food containers with two-color lids. The mould solution combines rigid plastic with a soft sealing material to achieve an integrated lid structure, reliable sealing performance and an attractive two-color appearance.

PP + TPE Two Color Lid

The two-color lid can be produced using PP + TPE overmolding technology.

PP provides the rigid structure of the lid, while TPE forms the soft sealing area. Accurate positioning between the first and second injection stages is important to maintain consistent TPE coverage and sealing performance.

Compared with assembling a separate sealing component, an integrated 2K solution can simplify the product structure and improve production consistency.
