Plastic Banana Crate Injection Mould

Compared with conventional solid containers, ventilated plastic crates provide good air circulation while maintaining sufficient structural strength for stacking and transportation.

The product is manufactured from PP material and is designed for reliable mass production of durable fruit transportation crates.

All three components are designed for PP injection moulding, with a material shrinkage rate of approximately 1.6%.
By producing the bottom and side panels separately, the crate can be designed with the required structure while maintaining efficient moulding and assembly.

Hot Runner System
