Plastic stool injection mold

In ordinary election-making occasions or large outdoor activities, we can often see the plastic stools.  Why? Because the plastic stool is not only light and convenient for everyone to transport in different outdoor activities, but the stackable design of the plastic stool not only saves space on the truck or in the warehouse, we can also use a stack of ten or twenty plastics stools to calculate the total number of plastic stools we need.  In addition, the plastic material makes the plastic stools easier to clean than other wooden, cloth or paper stools.

For a good plastic stool, the important point is the stool design.  The design of the plastic stool cannot be too thick or heavy; otherwise it will lose its advantage of portability. But if we design it to be too thin and light, the plastic stool won’t be able to support the user’s weight. 

That’s the reason why we designed extra ribs both in the bottom of the seat and each leg.  In this way, we can make sure the plastic stool is strong enough to support the user’s weight without increasing too much product thickness or weight.

For the mold design, we use P20H as the main steel for this plastic stool injection mold.  P20H is pre-hardened steel with HRC 30~33 which characteristics are good enough for making plastic stool injection mold.  Besides, in the parts which are easy to rub, we use wear plates with HRC 45 above to ensure the production life of the plastic stool injection mold.

We also use the design of cold slug well which is help to prevent the cooled plastic material, that is cold slag, from entering the mold cavity and affecting the product quality.
