Seasoning is one of the indispensable items in the home or outside restaurant. In today's eating habits, people like to add other seasonings in the food to make the food more flavor. Therefore, the design of the bottle and the cover of the seasoning will also be one of the important choices for consumers.

The cap of salt shaker is combined with lid and cover.  There are two holes on lid for fixture of cover, which lid mold shall be designed with lifters.  The neck of lid is necessary to design sliders before being ejected out from cavities.  This design is to protect the thread of lid and avoid damage by force ejecting.  Briefly, the lid looks simple and common plastic part, the mold design is more complicate.

The key point is assembly between lid and cover.  The pins of cover are tiny, it is important that the pins of cover won’t be bended or broken during inserting cover on lid.  After assembly, the cover shall be located at center without eccentric and shaking.  The cover shill be clicked on lid well, not loosening nor tightening.

The lid of salt shaker has to be screwed on salt bottle or pepper bottle perfectly and leakage proof which is basic requirement for making lid molds or cap molds.
