The two-color handle stool is made of healthy PP material which is good in toughness.  The stool structure is thickened, stable, and not easy to break.  The two-color handle stool is durable and can bear up to 100 kgs. Using two-color injection can makes products with better product appearance and can substantially reduce product deformity, manufacturing time and cost during productions. Two-color razor handle is normally made with axis. After the first color injecting the axis will rotate for the second color injection. The axis can be rotated by plastic injection machine or hydraulic cylinder. Therefore, it doesn’t matter if your plastic injection machine has no axis, you may produce two-color razor handle as long as your machine is assembled with two carriages.

Most two-color plastic injection moulding products are made by rotary table moulds, which the whole mold will be rotated to the second injecting position after making first injection. Some two-color plastic handles, it shall be produced by rotary axis moulds, which only rotate the mould core of first injection to the second mould cavity for making second color, such as screwdriver handles, teeth brush handles, dining handles, cutlery handles and so on.
